The services provided by WorkBetter Wellness are terrific. Circuit training and yoga are among my favorites. I’m capable of doing these activities or finding classes on my own, of course, but the fact is that I don’t—having them on-site makes all the difference for me. The classes build camaraderie, as well: I’m closer to the people with whom I attend classes. And the quality of the instruction is excellent.

When I exercise myself, I tend to work the muscles that I like to work, but Angel challenges me to work on the muscle groups I might otherwise miss. WorkBetter Wellness classes have not only provided variety to my week, but have strengthened my relationships with coworkers as we exercise and laugh together. I feel happiest and healthiest when I have had the chance to sweat during the day.

I really enjoy the opportunities WorkBetter Wellness offers. The break during the workday is greatly appreciated and helps the second half of the day seem fresh and shorter. I really like that I can attend these programs during the workday/lunchhour as my after-work time is consumed by my kid’s activities. And I would have never tried Zumba if it wasn’t offered at work!

Since starting WorkBetter Wellness circuit training classes a few years back, I have lost over 100 pounds. I don’t feel as tired day-to-day, and it has motivated me to work out on a daily basis. Circuit training class initially got me into fitness and now I am hooked!

I love the circuit training classes. Most of my exercise is focused on biking and running so it’s a great change of pace. The stretching class is also fantastic (especially the day after circuit training). My trainer is friendly and willing to switch it up based on our needs. It’s also so nice to get up and away from the desk in the middle of the day.

Angel and her fabulous team have been working with us for five years. We have weekly yoga, stretch classes and circuit training, and Zumba once a month. The instructors bring good energy, expertise and motivation for our employees to be more active, to take better care of their bodies and minds, and feel supported and encouraged at work.
