How much does it cost?
Programs are customized to meet the needs of your people and budget. Please contact us for a free consultation.

Where do you hold group classes and one-on-ones?
Workbetter corporate wellness classes and one-on-ones are held at your workplace or a nearby location. For groups visiting San Diego, classes are held at your hotel or resort. 

When are classes held?
Group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions are held at times most convenient to your work schedule. Contact us to plan a Workbetter Wellness event.

How many people per event?
From one-on-one sessions for personal employee health to 1,000 attendees doing seaside yoga, Workbetter Wellness instructors team up to serve as many people as you have in your company, conference or convention.

Are classes private?
Yes. All group fitness and wellness events are closed to the public and privately taught by certified Workbetter Wellness instructors.

Do I need to bring anything?
For fitness classes, each participant should wear athletic apparel and bring water and a towel. One-on-one sessions are education-oriented—it's recommended you have something for taking notes.

What if the weather is bad during an outdoor wellness event?
Ahead of time, we discuss backup plans for inclement weather. 

Are instructors insured?
Yes. Every Workbetter Wellness employee is nationally certified and carries liability insurance.

Do I have to be a regular exerciser to participate?
No. We encourage you to work at your own intensity. If you have specific needs or medical concerns, let us know and we will provide modifications.

Do I have to be part of a group to train with you?
One-on-one personal training sessions are available. If interested, please let us know.
